I fully enjoyed it. I found it imaginative to read how operational tools work in the bee world. It’s a great hook that worked with me that distances itself from a dry management book. I do know that using a hook or a story can be decisive, as people can find it patronising or too whimsical. This is what reminded me of the goal that equally uses a story to get the tools across. It worked for me, but don’t be surprised if it divides opinion. I found it well crafted and a great introduction to leadership, CI, and Change Mgt.

I like the final reflection page and the key ideas and tools. It’s a great aid to memoir. I do keep thinking, how do I pull the three separate combs into a single picture that gives a single lasting image? I think it would help to bring it to life and help on the website.
