I have started to read the book and I love what I have read so far. I like business books that give the message in a story like Patrick Lencioni books, Who moved my cheese, My Iceberg is melting etc. I love the way you have linked it to a colony of bees and the different leadership approach of the Queens. I’m not sure how quickly you need the testimonial? I’m off to Florida on Sunday for 3 weeks but was going to finish reading on the plane over there. Would that be soon enough?

Many thanks for sharing it with me.

A really refreshing take and explanation of how to simplify the process of change and continuous improvement in business. By focusing on a colony of bees and how they work together to strengthen team work, solve problems and improve efficiency the story helps to demystify and reduce the fear of change.

In Swarm of Change Tim Fox engages the reader as he takes us through a fable exploring so many of the different tools and techniques available. He also helps us understand the different feelings we experience when facing change and how we can help people embrace change instead of being scared of it.

A great read
