What an intriguing book and concept!
I was confused at the titles but got into it.
I must begin by saying that I am not a fan of stories to explain Lean. I just loose patience after a short while. I am unsure if this view is common. So I probably read about 40% of the pages.
But the way you have built up the honeycomb is good. A nice idea.
Nice little illustrations!
Many, many good little anecdotes, and lessons. I am sure many people newish to the area would find these very useful. It does, I think, require a reader to go through the book as a total concept and having done so would leave a good concept. However, would a more experienced, or time-challenged manager access these?
Perhaps, after all these years, Lean could do with a new viewpoint, breaking away from the Temple of Lean. Perhaps, also the idea of bees helps to take the ’sting’ out of manager failings.
