Simple enough to read once or dive into as more of a deep dive / study exercise with a group.
Following publication, HMG Paints became the first live Activation site.
The operational excellence approach coached over the past 15 years was formalised through the book and used as shared resource material during Activation support.
This confirmed alignment between:
• The structured OpEx rhythm
• The shared language introduced in the book
• Self-led activation supported where requested
HMG provided the first live confirmation that the book functions effectively as both individual resource and organisational activation tool.
