Here is my Feedback for Swarm of Change

Tim, I just finished Swarm of Change and I have to say, what a brilliant piece of work! You’ve managed to take something as complex as organizational change and make it engaging, relatable, and even fun. Framing it all through the lens of a beehive was not only creative, but incredibly effective.

I loved how the story weaves real-world principles like flow, pull systems, waste identification (TIM WOODS), and leadership development into such a compelling narrative. Nova’s evolution as a queen who listens before leading was a powerful reminder of what modern leadership should look like.

The “Plane to See” simulation and Bella’s chant about the types of waste were both clever and memorable—it’s hard to forget learning when it makes you smile. And the concept of the A Bee Sees Hexagon and the PACE board? Absolute gold for any team trying to make sustainable improvements.

You’ve created more than just a parable, you’ve written a practical, heartfelt guide for anyone navigating change. I genuinely believe this book will resonate far beyond the world of lean or business.
